Use IFC2Excel responsibly

These are the basic rules that keep the product useful and fair for everyone.

The product

IFC2Excel reads IFC files in your browser and helps you create Excel or CSV exports. Different authoring tools produce different IFC data, so always review an export before using it for professional decisions.

Your files and account

You keep ownership of your files and exports. Only open models you are allowed to use. Keep access to your sign-in method secure and do not use the service to break laws, access restrictions, or other people's rights.

Free, credits, and Pro

Free features can be used without payment. One export credit unlocks one Pro export. Daily free credits do not stack, while purchased credits remain on your account. An active Pro plan unlocks Pro exports without using credits.

Current features and prices are shown in the app before you choose a plan or credit pack. Pro renews at the interval shown during checkout until you cancel it from Manage billing.

Be reasonable

Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or automate abusive use of the service. We may limit access when needed to protect IFC2Excel and its users.

Product changes

IFC2Excel is evolving. Features may change, and some IFC files may not work perfectly. We aim to keep the product reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or a correct result for every model.
